    Excelente ubicacion, personal muy agradable. Fui en una epoca muy calurosa y de vuelta al hotel, en el looby, siempre hubo agua fresca y algun snack.

    Perfect location in the Byward Market...but this lends itself to possible traffic noise (sirens) during the night.

    Of course the hotel is located downtown near three shelters for homeless people But that is OK

    We were travelling with a truck and trailer. the parking lot was full. the staff made sure to find us a spot to park. All staff members we interacted with were always smiling and polite. The hotel was very clean
