    Que la habitación era amplia, aunque no tenía ventanas, y la amabilidad de un señor (el que intentó reparar lo del baño).

    10/10. The staff speaks very good English and is very helpful, the room is clean and looks very nice, location is perfect just across the bridge. A short 10 to 20 minute walk and you're in the center. Room is big and the bed is comfortable. Before you arrive you will get a check in instruction which makes sure everything runs smoothly at check in. Free water refill in the lobby. Couldn't recommend this place more! One of the best I've stayed in my time in Vietnam!

    We stayed at Cozrum's for a total of 14 nights (3 nights in a regular studio, and 11 nights in a studio with a balcony). We were very impressed with the customer service. They respond extremely quickly to any questions and requests. The staff at the reception are all very friendly. Prices for laundry and for the 20L water bottles are cheaper than anywhere we have stayed. The location is great - close enough to walk (maybe 20 mins) to Bui Vien backpacker street, and also walking distance to all the major attractions, but far enough away that you get more peace and quiet. The balcony room on the fourth floor has beautiful sunset views and we could see the Independence Day fireworks from there. Large shampoo and body wash bottles are provided. We had a great stay here.

    The apartment has a really good size with a kitchen, sofa and private bathroom. The location is good as well, just 20 minutes walk to the backpackers street. The staff was really nice and helpful.

    A very attentive staff and always helpful. Pleasant and friendly team. Location, though in District 4 is well-connected to HCM town centre. Cross the bridge in front of Ivy House (the apartment),.walk about 10mins., you're in town
