    La tranquilidad, las instalaciones, la limpieza. El personal era muy amable y nos ayudaron y aconsejaron en todo. Es un hotel nuevo y muy acogedor.

    Excellent location and really unique. Lovely accommodation and very welcoming and attentive staff. Cosy cottages had everything we needed- great location- we came to see a bit of Lombok and also to head to Sembalun- it was perfect for both those things! They organised bike hire for us which was super slick and gave us everything we needed and even stored our stuff while we travelled away for a night. Would highly recommend- even if you just came for the ginger and lemon tea and the banana pancakes!

    Staff were amazing, our little hut was clean and tidy. Bathroom was stunning & pool was great. Close to beaches and a little mini mart.

    We loved everything about Cozy Cottages . It was the 1st time in Lombok so a little nervous but the staff very fabulous. Nothing was a trouble . Rooms a spotless, the bed was comfy and aircon was lovely and cold . We will be back soon . Thanks for a wonderful holiday..

    The location was not what was expected; it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. The staff helped us visit the local school. The teachers and children were full of warm smiles and greetings, this was the highlight of my trip. Oh, as well as the amusement I felt when I walked up the street to see goats balancing on a stack of bricks.

    Staff are excellent - welcoming, helpful, informative. Breakfast was nice. We got laundry done for very cheap. Pool area is nice, landscaping is lovely. We stayed in 4 Lombok places (including a 5 star) and this had the best shower. Drinking water provided in rooms which is pleasing, can’t stand the push for plastic bottles. Overall excellent value. It’s 5 mins walk back from the beach but we spent time at the flash resorts for meals and relaxing so it worked out well. (LovesQunci Villas Italian restaurant with sunset views and Verve is great for cheap beers and seriously good pizza).
