The host was lovely and friendly, got tea and coffee in the room which is always nice. The owners have gone above and beyond by supplying a booklet with all the restaurants nearby as well as supplying the names and menus for the takeaway restaurants that will deliver.

Uncooked breakfast choice was very good, lots of fruit! Location was peaceful and walkable to town centre. Nice welcome and good facilities including shower cap and alarm clock! Felt very safe for single person.

Location near centre of East Grinstead - took around 8-10 minutes to walk. Breakfast very good with plenty of choice. Comfortable bed and good night's sleep. Friendly and helpful proprietors.

The bed was comfortable. They had parking. I hadn’t realised they had a 10 o’clock check out (however they kindly let us extend to 11 o’clock due to us attending a wedding which didn’t start till 1pm)
