    El hotel es precioso con una decoración que no puede ser más bonita. Un hotel acogedor, decorado con todo detalle, tranquilo y con todos los servicios que puedes necesitar (clases de yoga, animación variada pero tranquila, deporte, piscinas, ...). Especial mención al equipo de Animación del hotel, sobre todo destacar la profesionalidad, buen hacer y trato de Agnes, la monitora encargada de los pequeños, cada día ofrece temáticas diferentes a trabajar con los peques. El buffet del hotel, tanto el del desayuno como el de la cena, buenísimos y muy variados.

    Great nice place. Location of Crete was not amazing outside of the property was an area that was kinda like a run down area that was super touristy. Kinda like being in Tijuana. Beautiful property and nice beach. Good to stay and also explore but must have a car rental

    Very welcoming staff, great facilities, nice rooms (comfy beds and great bathroom), rich varied menu (cretan food corner is especially delicious), beautiful green relax area on the beach. We had a wonderful relaxing stay.

    The hotel had a great atmosphere - very relaxed. We liked the décor. The swimming pools were lovely and so was the beach. The food was very good. Our children loved the ice-creams and crepes at The Crush. we really enjoyed having a cocktail at the Beach Shack. My massage at the Spa was wonderful.

    The hotel is very nice with a nice lobby and good communal areas. The rooms are of a good size, clean and include all the amenities you would expect. Staff were fantastic, very friendly and welcoming and to a tee were very accommodating. The buffet food for breakfast and dinner was fantastic with a large selection of different foods. The Cretan restaurant is also worth visiting at least once to try local cuisine. Definitely download the app upon arrival, a nice feature is that the beach beds are each numbered and you can order drinks via the app to be delivered to your spot. All dinner reservations at each restaurant can be made via the app. The beach is very nice and there is plenty of room so it never felt like a huge rush to get a sun bed each day. The sea is very clean here, water is very clear with only minimal seaweed. The layout of the hotel is fantastic and even though they were fully booked it never feels crowded.

    We have had a very nice holiday and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family. Our room was spacious (we stayed in a bungalow with the garden view), I really liked that the room was cleaned every day, every day new towels and toiletries. Animation team and staff were very lovely and friendly and helpful. The buffet had plenty of variety for every taste and the food was good and everyday fresh juice is being squeezed- is a nice touch. There are also enough other options for lunch and dinner on the premises - the greek restaurant is very nice, although portions are very big! The beach shack is a lovely place with tasty food as well. I love the fact that the hotel is green and eco-friendly - like using bio straws and not washing bed linnen everyday to conserve water. The beach is well maintained with sunbeds available for hotel guests. All in all very pleasent experience! Thank you!

    Bangalow, buffet for breakfast and diner offering a large choice of food (including Cretan diet food). Cretan restaurant is great as well. The pools (the one for the kids and the ones for the adults). The kids disco & activities for kids with the animators. The hotel in general is nice, not so crowded, very close to the beach. Some Greek tavernas available nearby (5 minutes walk).

    Hotel has been neatly renovated but is a bit pricy considering the rather basic facilities and service.
