    The staff did not know about anything around the hotle.. like shops or anything like that and as a person from another country I was hoping they could tell me about restaurant close to the hotel

    The beds are really comfy. The staff are helpful and they do try their best to sort any issues however I do feel for them as they are fighting a loosing battle. The lobby is nice and refreshing when you walk in.

    The bed was comfortable and the rooms are large. The pool is nice and the atmosphere at the pool is relaxing. Its close to many shopps and transportation. Parking was safe if you have a car.

    I did not like much at this hotel. The staff were not very nice. The facilities were very dated. The rooms were run down.
