    El hotel estaba en remodelación y el ruido era muy fuerte . Deberían avisar cuando un hotel no esté en condiciones para que un pasajero pueda ir a descansar

    We took our grandchildren to the Crowne Plaza at Coogee and they were thrilled. Cake decorating was a hit. Having the games room setup with pool, ping pong and movies was ideal for keeping them busy. The pool being heated (slightly) made it a little more welcoming. Everyone enjoyed breakfast. Even though the hotel was being renovated we had been advised and it did not effect our stay. The hotel was well setup for school holidays.

    We loved the location and even though they are renovating the staff were fantastic, we were at the end of our honeymoon and when we arrived there was a complimentary bottle of champagne waiting for us in a cold ice bucket. We sat on our balcony and watched the waves. No complaints from us we will definitely be staying there again.

    Although they are undergoing renovations this did not significantly impact my stay and a lot of compensations were given to account for this. Right on the beach and close to the city make this a perfect location in Sydney

    The service at check-in was fantastic and really demonstrated what good service could be ( we had just come from another hotel, which was clearly lacking in service). The lovely Chloe checked us in with a big smile, informed us of the membership benefits with IHG and answered all our questions. Later that afternoon a surprise bottle of wine and chocolates to mark our wedding anniversary was sent up - arranged by Chloe. 5 stars.

    Beds were great , onsite parking great, staff were really friendly and helpful - the stay was good even though there are massive renovations underway - the free movies and reduced breakfast rate were a great make-up

    Very comfortable beds and pillows. Superb location close to the Coogee beach. The hotel is ready for families with kids.
