    Personal muy amable, proactivo, sonriente. Desayunos espectaculares y atención personalizada. Cama de primera. Vista espectacular hacia el río y Parlamento. Buen ubicado. Tranquilo peto cerca del área monumental y del Southbank. Casi atención de Hotel Boutique. Regresaría sin pensarlo.

    The service was excellent. The restaurant on the top floor was poor. The service again was great but unfortunately the fish was obviously frozen . A real shame as the setting was lovely

    Everything was more than perfect, our room with the view, the friendly and very helpful staff everywhere in the hotel and the delicious food of the rooftop restaurant. Thank you all very much.
