    Very warm staff. We were with a 20 month baby. They were considerate and supportive. Huge huge room and smells so nice of wood. Antique japanese design but very clean and new. Dining in a private room. Feels like a royalty. Cant be better.

    I like the level of service the staff provided. Almost everyone we met was super nice and very welcoming. They made us feel special especially Mr Satani, Mdm Wantanae and Ms Koga. And it was so quiet!!! A good place if you need somewhere to get away from noises. They even ensure that the cleaning of the rooms are not done in the morning. The soundproofing was so good I heard nothing throughout my entire stay and I am VERY sensitive to noises.

    Outstanding and unique property. Although a way from the center of town, this accommodation is outstanding- beautiful large and tastefully appointed Japanese rooms, a splendid large garden and onsen. Not to be missed.

    Location was a little way from the airport at Fukuoka, and can be easily reached by a highway bus. The bus stop being right along an expressway is the only drawback and it will be tough for travellers with bigger luggages. Rooms had excellent privacy, great amenities, and breakfast is served in a separate room from where we sleep. Staffs are polite and attentive.

    I treated myself to Daimaru Besso for my birthday. The entire experience was wonderful and worth every single yen I spent. The staff was very friendly, the room (though just standard for the hotel) was very large and the dinner and breakfast were some of the best ryokan food I have had. The garden was very quiet and I was able to relax and read there without being disturb. The whole experience was a 10 out of 10

    Very helpful staff. Beautiful public bath. Separate private room for meals is thoughtful. Love the atmosphere and quietness there. Short taxi ride to Daizufu.
