Todo - el personal atentisimo-los servicios buenísimo, servicio 24 horas, lavadora y secadora con jabón gratis - desayuno bueno ubicación, acogedor, relajante huele bien, para mi perfecto, quizá un poco caro, pero merece la pena.

Está ubicado en un buen lugar a pesar que la primera impresión no lo parece.El personal es muy amable ,la pieza es excelente y con un balcón para poder observar la calle.Hay lavadoras gratis lo que se agradece en un viaje.El desayuno es bueno y abundante.

All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was excellent and spacious, food was great, the hotel has a fabulous friendly vibe. I would stay there again.

The location is great, the subway is very close and many things are in walking distance. The staff at the reception was very nice and accomodating. I don't think I would go to this hotel again, it's not worth the steep price.

The hotel is perfect located for exploring Taipei and the staff was amazing and very helpful. Next time I go to Taipei definitly will stay here.

I love its location which is so close to Zhongshan metro station, about 5 minutes by walk. I got upgraded to a room with a balcony and the room is so spacious. I would like to book this hotel again when I travel to Taipei next time.

The hotel is very close to MRT station. The hotel room has everything you need. The staff were helpful and friendly. They even prepared a birthday cake for my Dad. Will definitely come back in my next trip to Taipei.

The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Provided us with information on where to go for dinner near the hotel. The breakfast was simple but delicious. The laundry facility was a bonus. My daughter left behind her necklace and the hotel staff called us within 1st hour of check-out. We went back to collect it 2 days later. It's very easy to get a taxi from this hotel with the help from the reception. It's very near to MRT, shopping area and F&B areas.

Everything was perfect, great value for money, clean and huge room, perfect bathroom and delicious breakfast. But the best of all in the Hotel was Sunny from the reception. I have experienced a lot on my travels but never such an attentive, helpful and friendly person at the front desk. Respect and thanks !!
