    The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The free continental breakfast was delicious, the location was convenient and easy to find.

    The room was clean (although the vent in the washroom could use a good wipe down). Breakfast was ok. Location was good.

    Breakfast was decent. Carla at reception was welcoming and very apologetic about the hotel's blunder (They were unaware of two kids left in a room whose parents were supposed to check out earlier that day and hadn't paid. Plus there was no room service to clean the room even if they had vacated.)

    Nice options for breakfast. I can't eat gluten or dairy, so the boiled eggs were so nice. My niece enjoyed her waffle. Very clean and comfy room. Just a 45 minute drive to Canmore, so value for money was great since we couldn't afford to stay in Canmore. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. We didn't go to the pool, so the overall score I rated it is lower because of that. I would assume it is just as clean as the rest of the place.

    We found the ‘included breakfast’ provisions to be inadequate - there was no coffee or hot water available when we arrived and no hot option as they had run out. However there is a Tim’s just across the road so we went there instead :)

    Convenient and quiet position. Staff very helpful. Plenty to see and do in the area.
