Staff, location, hotel and size of the room where absolutely amazing. The bathroom is the only thing that was a down in our booking, however we could not be happier with the whole lot as it is a very affordable place and in general our expectations were exceeded. The staff was absolutely amazing and we will def be coming back.

Very bad service no one at reception had no basic needs such as towels toilet paper bed not made for 3 days and had to go ask for towels toilet paper the bed was as hard as rock the balcony chairs and table were broken and filthy the bathroom had mild every where and water logged rotted away door tv didn’t work or fridge couldn’t get anyone till morning at breakfast then didn’t get done after speaking to them the only thing that was good was the pool as fridge didn’t work pillows were flat and worn out one sheet on bottom and one on top stayed in same sheets for 9 days no cleaning in room what’s so ever water was cold in shower blanket had holes in it would not recommend this hotel to anyone it was the worst hotel I ever stayed at wanted to cancel get money back wasn’t allowed as service room was way below standards

Place is very calm, peaceful and good for couples. Location is great, just 5 mins walking distance to Discovery Shopping Mall. Staffs are really helpful, cooperative and smiling face. Breakfast was fine and room fare was much affordable. happy staying!!
