The staff were really Nice esp host Rai. She catered to my family of 13 people who got two 4bedroom villa. She made our stay comfortable and helped us out with everything, from booking our taxi’s, to surprising my sister with a cake for her 21st birthday with the staff, it was well worth the money. We had our private pool and area but the staff was always friendly. We would definitely stay here again. -

The spacious room and bathroom. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Rai and Tisna from the reception were always very helpful. -

The service at the villa is fabulous. The staff are very kind and were attentive to all of my guests needs. Any issues (very minor) we had with the villas were remedied almost immediately. The location is a bit far from the beach but a $2.50AUD cab can get you straight into the heart of Seminyak. The daily breakfast was cooked freshly in our villas each morning and there is great privacy/security offered to all guests. I was a bit concerned with some of the reviews I had read but those reviewers clearly had unrealistic expectations! I have travelled and stayed in some of the world's most beautiful hotels and what you pay for is what you get. What we paid for here was reasonable and we got far more than expected. This place is perfect for families and couples and the customer service is fabulous. No hesitation in recommending it to family and friends.
