    The arrangement was room only (I left before 6.30 am). I was visiting my daughter in hospital just 4 minutes walk down the road, so view and environment were not an issue. There was safe off-road parking all day. The owner could not have been more friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

    The bedroom has plenty of space. It was clean all the everything from plates, mugs and etc was provided. Parking space was decent, during my visit there was at least 7 cars parked. There is a close place to eat and a Tesco just 3 mins away to buy the basic essentials or alcohol. The bus stop is just in front of the property which makes it convenient to commute to various parts of Uxbridge. Overall, its a great property. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone looking for accommodation for a very reasonable price.

    Other than the location (near enough to London and a bus stop just next to the driveway), I honestly have nothing positive to say about this place. Oh wait, yes, if you stay on the ground floor at the front of the house you can pass smaller luggage through the window so as not to have to walk all the around to unload (if you come by car).

    This was my second time staying at Debden House. I was fortunate to get a bigger room than I had initially booked. The room was clean, tidy and modern. Room and bathroom amenities as described on the website. Bed and pillows really comfortable (slept so well). Loved that there was a fridge, as well as an ironing board with an iron. Good wifi too. The location is perfect for walking to/from the local hospital. Overall, very good value and would recommend.

    I liked and appreciated the fresh and recently updated decor. It had a fridge, microwave, kettle, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, the bathroom was impeccable and the bedding and floor was also fresh and spotless. It was a good location for us. And the outside is stunning. It didn't even matter that we were given the wrong room at first mistakes happen. People are only human. We had booked for 5 but been given a room for 4 first by accident. Which was quickly sorted out for us. Although we were in a rush to be getting ready for a wedding so we didn't really have time to dillydally about.
