    Excelente ubicación en el barrio antiguo de Hanoi. El Hotel es de reciente apertura y todo está muy nuevo y cuidado. Personal y atención de 10. Mencionar que el desayuno es espectacular! Sin duda una opción muy aconsejable!

    Surprisingly tasty welcome drink at check in. Nice restaurant, reasonable price and good view. I wish there were more vietnamese food option for dinner. Thank the staff for a pleasant stay.

    Friendly staff. They know the customer well. I love the bed, bed linen and pillows, very soft and comfy. Room is cold before the we went in to the room, air conditioner was switched on beforehand. Very thoughtful. Fruit basket is provided in room. Location is strategic. The pho from the breakfast is real good.

    Room with comfortable size and adequate facilities. The hotel is located in the heart of old quarters. All shops and tourist spots are within walking distance. The hotel staffs are super friendly and they speak good English. We were served with welcome drinks and snacks. We had to leave for the airport early in the morning before the breakfast time, it was very thoughtful of them to prepare packed food for us before we leave.

    The hotel is new, very clean and beautifully decorated and equipped. Restaurant and spa are very good. Very nice and professional staff, especially Sofia who did her best to accommodate our needs. Great location in the heart of Hanoi old Town and very close to the lake.
