    Bedsheet is dirty with stains and blood…… breakfast is good. For kids play, it is okay. For other purpose staying , you need to buy ticket into the hotel if out more than 1 time per day.

    Staff were polite and courteous. Family had a great time at the pool and the kids were having fun in the kids activity room too. Breakfast were served with variety of choice....Would recommend for business or leisure traveller with or without kids.....

    El personal, desde el botones hasta recepcionista, personal de ingeniería al equipo del desayuno fueron todos extremadamente amables y profesionales. La habitación y la cama eran mejores de lo esperado por el dinero. Había gran variedad de alimentos para el desayuno todos los cuales probamos deliciosos.

    -La ubicación está literalmente al lado de Dunia Fantasi Ancol, a muy corta distancia andando. - Personal amable y muy servicial. -Pudieron acomodar nuestra petición (dos habitaciones superiores con puertas comunicadas) -La comida del desayuno estaba muy buena. -Lobby y restaurante acogedores. - Buena piscina y sala de juegos para niños

    Las habitaciones son amplias. Conseguir las del piso 7 para tener habitaciones con techo alto. Pero no reserven habitaciones superiores ya que no tienen ninguna vista (claro que no lo dicen en la descripción del hotel. Deberían anunciar habitaciones superiores como "habitaciones sin vistas". ). El desayuno es excelente con muchas opciones. Delicioso también. La ubicación es genial, sobre todo si quieres ir a Dufan.

    La ubicación, está una al lado de la otra con duventilador, a solo 3-5minutos andando. El desayuno es bueno, la variedad del menú, completo de avena, arroz, fideos, cereales, pan, avena dulce tradicional. La piscina es grande, tiene 3 profundidad diferente, también tienen un tobogán para los niños. También me gusta su patio y sala de juegos.
