    El mánager y las recepcionista fueron muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar y hacer una estancia más cómoda. El hotel Estaba cerca del Old quarter por lo que se puede hacer turismo a pie x los alrededores.

    The staff (reception, manager, tour agent) is wonderful! Very friendly and nice... It was still a very comfortable hotel. Not far from the city life but still quiet. We would book it again.

    The staff are lovely and Daisy the manager is just adorable! They go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. We booked a day trip to Hà Long Bay through the hotel and they arranged everything it was one of the best day trips we have been on - I didn’t need to worry about food too being a vegetarian the hotel sorted it all!

    I had an issue however, they tried everything in their power to rectify the problem. I was only staying one night and at the end of it all they gave me a substantial reduction. So well done for solving the issue.

    The location of the property is on the edge of the old quarter which was convenient for us except when we went looking for a restaurant. We had to walk quite a distance to find something to eat. The manager and staff were very good. I believe the new owners will make improvements because they understand what visitors expect from a property. Professional and accommodating, they ensured we had what we needed and helped with our various questions. The property itself is in pretty good condition but has to be updated in some areas. The property was very clean. The beds and linens were comfortable. The shower was good with lots of hot water. The breakfast was very good-omelettes with many other buffet items both local and western. We rented two rooms for 1 night.

    I loved my stay at domov. Anytime im in hanoi this is where i will stay hands down. Great location, the staff were friendly and the rooms were great. 😊
