A 3 bed apartment on 4th floor each with en-suite. Briefly saw one couple whilst staying there.Clean tastefully decorated air-con in room excellent.Lovely small terrace to sit and relax Host available if needed.Close to centre of town .Guests have use of the small kitchen with tea coffee and snacks available and make your own breakfast. Enjoyed the 2 nights we spent there.

Marco was super communicative and very accommodating. We only stayed for 1 night but the room was very comfortable and the aircon was great. Wifi worked well and was nice to sit out on the balcony.

Domus Karalis is the perfect example of local and friendly b&b's, I really enjoyed staying in Cagliari and I am very happy we chose this exact b&b for that. The host suggested us places to go and things to do, our room was clean and lovely, breakfast was amazing - local produce from Sardinian farms and cakes made by the host's family. It is also located right in the old city with so many things to see and do around (and eat!!) We even had flamingos flying over us while having some tea on the b&b's balcony. That is something I will never forget! If you're ever in Cagliari, this is the place to stay!

Perfect location, roof terrace where we could enjoy coffee and breakfast in the mornings and a very welcoming host. The breakfast was good with plenty of items to choose from.

The location is very good, right in the center, close to everything. Just mind that the best view is from the terrace which is in common use. The host is very friendly and helpful. Nice common room.

Very nice, small property with only 3 rooms. Open kitchen area with Nespresso coffe machine and nice cakes for breakfast. Clean, big room, nice location, very nice common terrace at the breakfast area
