The first moment we arrived, the hotel staff treated us as family. They made sure we got everything and advised us how to be careful in the city. The staff is wonderful and the hotel owner gone the extra mile to help us when I lost my wallet in a taxi. He drove the whole night from one taxi station to another taxi station to get my wallet back without missing anything.... again thank you. The breakfast is made in front of you fresh and it tasted great. The rooms are kept clean and fresh. The hotel is a taxi or bus drive from the city centre. The taxi station is in the front of the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay. A great family hotel!!! -

The staff are really nice, respectful and helpful. They can speak English which is very helpful compare to taxi drivers who don’t know English and don’t even use GPS for finding addresses! The hotel is clean and well furnished, however the bathroom was smelly and I think it was from the tubes inside since the bathroom looks clean and nice. We traveled in January with my children for ten nights, first we went to a small room which was freezing and the first night was a nightmare! But in the morning the staff changed our room to a bigger suite which was warm and comfy. The only annoying part was the smoke coming from the AC all the time! Compare to non-smoking hotels in California it was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was superb. 10 min. drive to US Embassy.
