    Decoración de la habitación, colores y luz. La limpieza, la comodidad de la cama y almohada. El buffet de desayuno muy completo y bueno. Y la piscina infinita con muy buenas vistas. En la recepción muy rápidos y atentos.

    - The room is clean and spacious. - The view of malacca city is magnificent especially during sunset. - All the staffs are friendly especially the counter staff. Miss Nurainaa the staff who check us in is very friendly and polite. She gave us a surprise anniversary cake upon hearing that we are on our anniversary holiday. We really appreciate it a lot. - The welcoming biscuits were warm and delicious. - The staffs during breakfast were all friendly and cheerful. - All and all, one of the best double tree in Malaysia ever...

    I love that your customer service is 100/10 (read : outstanding). They were attentive, courteous yet warm. And I must say that your breakfast spread is by far the best in town. And pls don't stop the Balinese song at the swimming pool area. It definitely sets the mood.

    Room is clean and spacious for the type of room that i stayed. Love the cookies, so delicious i had to buy another tin at the axis lounge to bring back home. hotel staff is kind enough to deliver it to my room and service was quite fast. breakfast was great too, like the roti canai, nasi lemak and the mihun goreng, so much varieties, but not on the fruits. staff are also friendly and helpful

    Breakfast and gym facility. Location is slightly away from center of Malacca (Dataran Pahlawan)but I'm fine with that.
