    El servicio magnífico. Muy personalizado además de que tuvieron varios detalles con nosotros. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. La ubicación no es la mejor ya que está un poco alejado de todo pero ofrecen transporte de cortesía al centro y a su club de playa.

    Very very modern and clean hotel - Customer service was excellent. We had kindly been upgraded to the sky pool suite which was probably one of the best rooms we had stayed in! Full mini bar with nice foods and lots of toiletries. Very very kind and lovely staff and also incredible food! 10/10 would recommend to anyone

    We were offered a (paid) upgrade which we took. The weather wasn't helping but the entire experience was great. Bom at the pool bar was wonderful and created great custom drinks for us. Champ at the front desk was our key host and even came to say goodbye before the end of his shift on our day of departure. Gym was excellent (sufficient) with good quality machines. The Beach Club is always great to hang out.

    The staff is very welcoming!! The premises is clean. The cocktails are to die for mainly at the rooftop bar 😁 We also had a private tour to the big budha, Phuket old town. Our driver Mr Mhee was exceptional. He gave us a lot of details regarding all the places we were headed and visited. The food is also very good at the main restaurant. They have a good customer service always making sure everything is up to expectations!
