    La comodidad, la cercanía de las paradas del metrobus y el metro, la disponibilidad en la que uno puede entrar y salir del cuarto, la facilidad de ubicación del cuarto, entre otras tantas cosas.

    The ease of check-in with a code and no need to stress with going to get a key. The room was clean and modern. Pleased with how quiet the room was given it was in the hub of a busy city location. The internet worked well too. We liked that Dupont Place was just a few rooms and we didn’t have to meet others coming and going from the building like in a hotel. Very cozy.

    I stayed in Washington for 1 night and the location was perfect, an easy bus ride from the train station and a short walk to the main attractions. The door code/lock box check in system made arriving an absolute breeze. The room was a great size and had everything you would need. My room was on street level so I was slightly worried it would be loud but I didn’t hear a thing all night.

    The studio was just what I was looking for. It was clean and had everything I needed. The location was perfect - just a 2 minute walk from our offices and there were plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance.
