    The host, Sabrina, is the greatest : super nice, kind and helpful. I was in a 6 beds dorm and the room was clean, as the bathroom. It's big enough. There's A/C. Location is perfect, in the center of Hongdae. There's many stores and restaurant at 30 seconds walk. Hongik subway station is at one minute walk. I really recommend this place !

    Dustin and Sabrina were fantastic and friendly hosts. I really enjoyed my stay here. The guesthouse is located in the heart of the area with everything at your doorstep. It's on the 3rd floor above the shops shown in the pictures (the stairs are on the left) and is set over 2 floors with key code access to entry and rooms. Simple breakfast provided each morning to help yourself and ample fridge space if you want to bring your own food to cook. There are countless options for food and drinks around as you like. 1 to 4 minute walk to 2 or 3 major subway lines and one of them goes straight to the airport.

    Love the strategic location. Nothing much to complain when I'm only there for 1 night only. Room and shower was warm enough for the winter. Communication was excellent! I have received prompt reply from the host regarding my stay and facilities.
