    I didn't like nothing Oh our bed and bathroom was horrible Toilet not work And the towel was grey which mean dirty or they used for many years

    perfect location while we were attending a trade show at PWTC, walking distance to hall1, breakfast ok, a nice old fashioned Grand Hotel, although it has seen better times, good value for money, room with bath tube and shower, rooftop pool, terrific view of the KL skyline

    Staff polite and nice. Check-in and check out process is smooth and fast. Direction to parking is clear. Parking is free, ticket fee can be waived. During month of Ramadan, it was quiet hotel and restaurant too. Good breakfast. We ordering main course by menu given with three choices. Better than buffet style because we order what we want and get meal in hot. Connecting room is suitable for my family. Room is spacious. Classic furnitures. City view. Air-condition works good. Safety deposit box, mini fridge and hair dryer provided in room. Kid's pool satisfied my children. Gift shop and salon at lobby are closed.

    nothing..i have problem with the light in bathroom, 2 times already told the reception but nothing action they take. and toilet also have water tear down .
