    The staff is very friendly. Always available and ready to help. A nice home ambiance where I felt comfortable since my arrival. I highly recommend this place

    Room in a school. Loved waking up to the local school kids mid learning. Fantastic location in the old town. Only a 10 minute walk from the caribe tour bus station. Fantastic hosts. Was a pleasure speaking to the owners, madam and Wes every evening to learn about the local area and Haiti.

    This was an absolute Gem of a place to arrive to and get the chance to spend time with the children. It seems like it is a boarding house with at least two or more bedrooms and there is a school outside for I suppose during the week. The children are precious and the hosts were absolutely marvelous! I've never had such a good meal for the dinner in my travels ever! And I have traveled to at least 35 different countries. She was wonderful and very sweet and I had a great day! She arranged a taxi for me for the airport and she was very pleasant to be around. I felt very safe. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning and the fan made things comfortable as well. I would recommend this place to anyone that would like to visit! I'll surely be back and I hope that you try this place out!

    This place was very clean the staff was nice I. Like everything in this place.the bed was comfortable the bathroom was always clean and smell good, the electricity in cap Haitian was almost stable .they gave more services than I expected. These people was awesome

    Nice stay at Ecole Les Poupons! Great way to experience real Haiti by living in a Haitian family and even getting insight into the Haitian school system, as the Kindergarten and school rooms are included in the building.

    It was a privilege to spend some time with this caring, friendly family. The family shares the property with the small school it runs there and the volunteers and visitors who rent the rooms at the back. The family speaks English and helped me with arranging transport, meals and giving advice on places to visit. A visit to la citadel is a must. They walked with me in town to places I hadn't been before. My room was comfortable and clean and it was nice to wake up to the sound of happy children in the school. The shared bathroom is a good size and good water pressure in the shower. There is good security at the property. I got invaluable insight into local life and practices including voodoo. If you want an authentic, safe, no frills stay I fully recommend this accomodation.

    Kola y Wesley fueron encantadores y serviciales, hablaban inglés lo cual es un plus muy grande. Organizaron todo nuestro transporte, motos y taxis y negociaron el precio antes de partir. Teníamos uso de cocina si lo queríamos y fue simplemente un placer absoluto estar allí.

    El personal es servicial, además está en una escuela por lo que es una experiencia totalmente diferente. Súper interesante.
