    Extremely clean! big open airy rooms with good view. Has lots of character, old big home that has been refurbished. The large room with terrace is beautiful, lots of space. Brilliant value for money and the staff are very helpful. Also has complementary laundry facilities. Will definitely book here again.

    The decor, the situation of the residence, in the West Lake area, so full of good places to eat and quieter than they old quarter of Hanoi which is too chaotic, noisy and dirtier.

    This is a very nice homestay! Beautiful, spacious and quiet rooms in an old, tastefully decorated, large house. At a reasonable price. Great location near the lake and all the coffeeshops, restaurants etc. but still very quiet. The friendly and helpful ladies of the house staff deserve special mention. Thank you for your kindness. Also a great address if you want to stay a little longer than one or two days. I really enjoyed this place.

    Rooms in an old house which is in perfect condition. we had a ceiling fan, wonderful aico hardly needed. large television, great bathroom. Room were you really feel like home. and also near busstation to center.

    The room was spacious and very comfortable and clean. Well situated, in walking distance to many great restaurants, supermarkets and beer gardens. The air conditioned room will make for a perfect place to relax, cool down and regain energy for the coming day/s.

    Good location on the oasis of Westlake. The place is next to Intercontinental Hotel but the price is so cheap. Amazing view, overlooking to the westlake from terrace
