    The food in the evening was really nice and very relaxing reastruant also good price for beer 750 php drink as much as you like . Very quiet in the evening in rooms so it's easy to relax

    Super comfy bed and pillows . Glad they upgraded the room. Food was superb and the pool area was very much enjoyed by my son. 😊connection to Shangri la mall makes it more convenient for the guests. 😊

    PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOUSEKEEPING! They replenish our supplies twice a day, not just a regular refill but they gave more than what we need. POOL IS THE BEST. An oasis in the middle of concrete jungle.

    Definitely 5 star service and accommodations - it is my daughter's first time in Asia though I come often, so it was a great representation of Filipino hospitality. Will stay here again. Highly recommended - several months ago I stayed at Crown Plaza Galleria and that was a disaster - not clean and smell of food all over.

    The Garden View and its nice, Airy feel at the pool side gave me enough reason to stay at the metro instead of the province feel. Good Job Shangrila!

    Breakfast was great. Peace and quiet in the middle of the busy city. Nice pool and splash pad for kids. Amazing and attentive staff. Arrived 15 minutes earlier for check in but room was given about an hour after official check time. Front desk gave us a late check out time than usual.
