    I stayed at El Royale before and left my phone in the rest room before flying back to Malaysia. The staff found the phone and I got it back later. Amazing. Honest staff is one of the strength of El Royale.

    Nothing. How we must pay the hotel and at the same time the hotel give cigarette smoke everywhere inside the hotel? All the hotels with international standards always have closed smoking room but in this hotel, the smoking room is opened and it has connection with the restaurant, the lobby and all the rooms inside of the hotel. This is against the right of the people to have healthy air and place and ironically this hotel claims as family hotel. We wil never ever come to this hotel even they give me free vouchers for staying

    hotel situado al lado de un centro comercial. Está bien mantenido en general y limpio. Hay una buena selección de canales de TV por cable en inglés. Wifi en la habitación es bueno. La recepcionista también habla inglés.
