    Es un hotel que está bien situado y que tiene unas instalaciones bastante bonitas y limpias. La comida es algo cara, pero esta bastante buena y tienen un pan fabuloso, algo difícil de encontrar en Filipinas. El personal bastante amable salvo por la persona que trabajaba de noche cuando abandoné el hotel.

    El desayuno es bestial. Es muy dificil encontrar en filipinas una reposteria como la que sirven aqui. El croissant es expectacular.

    I am very grateful that they gave a FREE upgrade from a Cocoon standard room into their Suite. They didn't even tell me anything about it and I was just surprised to know that I've been given the keys to the room I stayed in during my first stay here. Their rooms still remain to be absolutely clean and the airconditioning is 100% cool and functional. Breakfast was amazing as always and check-in to checkout was a breeze. This hotel is absolutely a hidden gem in the city of Makati. All staffs are accommodating and very eager to take your requests. I will definitely come back here when the opportunity arises.

    - Staff are excellent. Very friendly and helpful. - Great to have the French bakery downstairs. Delicious croissants and coffee to start the day. - Location is great. - Very clean room. Water provided as required, plus tea/coffee facilities. Nice touch.

    The team and the owner are extremely nice and welcoming. The room itself was clean, the bed was comfortable and a fast wifi connection is available. I absolutely loved the food at the restaurant downstairs- give it a try!
