    La habitación y baño eran muy cómodos. La cama muy cómoda. La atención del personal era excelente. El restaurant espléndido.

    Desayuno espectacular, habitación de lujo, pantalla grande de lcd con tv cable y netflix, persianas en la terraza del balcón muy agradables, restaurant delicioso y deck de piscina y piscina fabulosos . Tiene un spa, saunas y gym excelentes tambien

    El servicio fué muy bueno, se esforzaron por entendernos en nuestro idioma y siempre muy pendientes.

    We had an ocean view room which overlooked Copacabana beach which was fantastic to view from the balcony.The same view was brilliant from the rooftop pool but having the balcony as well was great. The room was gorgeous and the gym area was good with that amazing view again! Breakfast was all a la carte and very good. We did have to teach them how to make British tea though which was fun! We did not use the main restaurant for dinner at all but did use the pool area for lunch time burgers which were the best ever and the bar for drinks where the cocktails were lovely. All staff were amazing and went out of their way to help. They also booked tickets for Corcovado (Christ the Redeemer) for us but don't bother going there if its cloudy. The Corcovado train ticket does remain valid for weekday visits for 2 weeks but we ran out of days so only saw it in cloud which was a shame.

    Location, staff amazing. The rooftop pool heavenly. The view over the beach is beautiful. It’s expensive but a worthwhile splurge. It was the end of a 3 week trip around South America so we needed a bit of RnR. I had a massage in the spa which was superb but $, like AUD$170 which shocked me. Breaky was in a nice atrium and reasonably priced. Reception staff amazing and speak good English. If they organise a car, tour, laundry or anything they charge extra 15% so offer to pay drivers, tours etc direct. But their tourist advice is great.

    Everything. The service was incredible, great breakfast, huge beds, modern and comfy rooms and the roof top pool was amazing.
