    It's a small budget acommodation but really almost nothing is missing. Location is the best, if you want to stay close to nightlife options. 7-Eleven, Familymart, various street food options nearby even after midnight. Cheap massage places abundant. In hotel refigerator, climate, wifi worked well. Change of bedsheets twice per week, but cleaning, new towels and free water bottles every day. Staff smiling and friendly, manager helpful.

    Excellent stay all round. Alan the owner and all the staff at the hotel is brilliant. The room was very clean (unlike many hotels of the same price range) and the AC was a beast so no problem with being hot in the room. Overall, this is a 5 star hotel for the price range and will stay again if I do come back to Pattaya. Cheers guys 👍

    Friendly hotel owner. Good location. Although the street is noisy until the morning, but it was expected. Room cleaning on request. Daily change of towels. Change of linen twice a week. Air conditioning, refrigerator, TV and water heater were in good condition.

    good location, the hotel owner is nice and he's English, so we can communicate easily. The room is a bit old but pretty clean and convenient.

    A well located hotel if you don’t mind rubbing shoulders with the Pattaya entertainment providers that have an adult theme.Definately not recommended for families.

    Good position in the heart of Pattaya down the street from the lively Soi Boakhao Internet very speed Simple facility but everything works well

    Great location, not quiet being on a very popular soi I was on the soi side but would imagine back rooms less noisy. Anyway I use good ear plugs so no problem for me, Alan the owner is a very nice man and very helpful though I didn't see him that much over the 4 weeks I was there, busy man with a bar he also owns on second road, Large room and very clean and cleaned well. Very enjoyable stay location being the main reason for booking, would stay again for sure. Thanks Alan
