    La amabilidad del servicio. Y la ubicación para mi estuvo muy bien porque era cerca de un seminario al que asistí. Para turistas, no lo veo tan conveniente.

    Great location to go into Boston by bus or tram. It was clean, bed was comfortable, fast wifi and staff was pleasant. What more could you want?

    The hotel was opposite the green line tram which made access to the centre of Boston very easy.

    The location is probably the best aspect of this hotel. It is right on the transport system which is great for getting to and from the hotel. Particularly good late in the evening when the tram stops just a few feet from the entrance.

    The staff were very welcoming and helped with all our luggage to our room. The room was large and clean and had very good amenities such as microwave oven and fridge freezer which were useful for our stay. The TV had a large selection of channels to choose from which was great. There's also a great aircon/heating system that was easy to use.

    Fantastic hotel. Coffee/tea and water stocked in the room daily. Spotlessly clean. Staff were all very helpful and professional.

    The room was very comfortable. The towels were some of the nicest I have had in a hotel in this price range. The room was small, but fine for one person. Love the salted caramels on my bed each day!
