The location of the property is great, a two minute walk from the palace. The décor of the room was gorgeous, very modern and chic and very clean. Communication prior to our stay was really good and the man that checked us in was very helpful and recommended some wonderful walks around Split and beaches that were far superior to the city beaches - we were really grateful for that. We didn't use the swimming pool because we spent our time in the sea! The breakfast is served across the road at a small restaurant called Sug - the place is gorgeous and the service and breakfast were wonderful.

Rooms were lovely, although we could have done with a little more space. Decor was beautiful, very modern, great mod cons. Netflix was such a bonus for me. Poor & sitting area was beautiful & so quiet & relaxing. Staff were the friendliest we’ve dealt with in split.

If you’re staying in Split, make sure you stay at this place! The staff go above and beyond ; one guy even gave us one of his doughnuts that he bought himself for lunch while we were sitting by the pool. Location is amazing, rooms were amazing, the pool and jacuzzi, both amazing. You’ll miss out if you don’t stay here, we’ll definitely be returning.

Lovely staff and beautiful place to stay. The location was fabulous and split is a wonderful city, just a short walk for all your needs! The pool and jacuzzi were amazing! Loved the luxurious feel to the stay

When we arrived at the building the staff were there to greet us and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. They were great with showing us what to see in the town and the Diocletian’s palace was just a 5 minutes walk away. I only used the swimming pool once but I was perfect to cool down in. Breakfast across the road was delicious.

Stayed here with my wife on our honeymoon. Was initially concerned due to the lack of reviews, but as soon as we arrived any concerns quickly vanished. Stunning hotel with a great outdoor pool/jacuzzi area, lovely staff, perfect location 2 mins walk from the centre. The decor has been completed with a real attention to detail, like the owner is really proud to go above and beyond. Genuinely one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Great breakfast at the restaurant across the street too. Why stay anywhere else?

The hosts could not do enough for you, very friendly and wanted to make your stay a wonderful experience. Central position very clean and comfortable with excellent facilities which have been very well thought through. Lovely breakfasts at a little restaurant called Sug which was a great find. Also had dinner there and couldn’t fault it. Stayed with 7 friends and had a fabulous time.

The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and air-conditioning. The pool was wonderful to cool off in after a day exploring Split. We loved our stay here and will return.

Amazingly clean place, both the room and the pool area. Perfect for relaxing, and only 2-3 minutes walk from the city centre. Hosts were perfect, as was the parking space. If you choose to have your vacation here, you will not make a mistake.
