    Location was good. CP is heart of Delhi and everything one need can be found their.

    No croissants were served. There was no cafeteria which booking. Com did not highlight. I had to order one item which was delivered by room service. There was a change to a smaller room as the flush handle in the first one was not working smoothly. Booking.com should remember we are not travelling to find fault or remedy the faults in a day’s travel.

    Your manager cancelled my booking, after check in and allocated very bad room, its like a storeroom. since its midnight. no option to a walkout. and charged three thousand just for 5hrs stay.

    Bed was comfortable, Room felt like entering part of history at first impression, thanks to the aura of CP. Staff were co-operative. Loved their Tea.

    Food they serve is fresh and delicious, though it takes some more time to deliver as if you cook fresh. Bedding was really comfortable seems they are uding good quality mattresses. I had deluxe room it is quite spacious and could easily accommodate four people. WiFi is very strong and available all the time. Hot water available all time. Hotel staff very helpful and available all the time. Location is excellent in centre of connaught place very good for family visit.
