    Very new hotel, with modern rooms, good showers and all other basics needed. Experienced some amazing service by Hazel Kim from the front desk, she really went above and beyond to help me out.

    They provided complimentary bfast,which was a surprise but it was all non veg they should have veg sandwich as option too

    The staff were really friendly and helpful. Went out to eat and they wrote down translations for some dishes and gave suggestions on where to go.

    Overall comfort staying there. Airport bus 6008 first and last stop from Incheon Airport 9,000won and it is only 1 min from the hotel. Yeongdeungpo Station is 3 mins walk. Very thankful for the hospitality throughout the stay from Kris. He’s excellent!! Overall happy with our stay, it is a great experience to explore the area such as Mapo, Yongsan and relatively okay to travel to Seoul Station and Myeongdong.
