    The decoration is fantastic and the view is great. I found that Mr. Mostfa in the reception is very helpful than others he keeps me knowledgeable about everything in the hotel.

    Room was lovely. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Adults only pool was lovely. Food was good, copper lobster was wonderful.

    The breakfast was outstanding to say the least! The staff went out of their way to accommodate our request to watch the opening of the Rugby World Cup. We really appreciate their efforts.

    Its the best available for kids with families as they have flotation gym for kids and water sports available. Stuff is very friendly, especially at the beach club (we had a birthday and they have been very much excited about it and made it much more special than we had planned). The Lobster restaurant is a must, amazing food and stuff (we were very persistent to get there at the end). Beach is nice, water is much more pleasant than in Dubai. Although in the morning the sand is staining with machine oil - my baby feet were oily in between toes (was told that its very common coming from the ships passing by). Is this today's reality?

    Amazing sea and mountain view from high floor. Outdoor and indoor playgrounds. Nice territory for evening walks. Swimming pools. Very stylish hotel. Beach has lights at night, you can enjoy sea view or spend time at night on the beach.

    Thanks for the a lovely day, this was our second visit - glad to see all the kids facilities and beach club is open! Family rooms are welcomes by parents so there is extra space!

    Location, View, Shisha, kids playing area, rooms, view from room, parking and valet all were amazing. The seven eleven just next to hotel is added advantage

    Food is bad and missing arabic traditional food, the big swiming pool is so far and they dont have elevator and the stairs is not safe when you have a baby, the room service is so bad too the arey not changing the used or wet towel. They have visited us three times and the reason waa "do you have checkout and that was at 10pm".
