    We Found the staff at the hotel so amazing they are such a credit to the Fairmont chain of hotels.... what a customer service level fantastic, credit to them all they are very special people & deserve a very big pat on the back.. thankyou to all the staff for giving us the holiday that exceeded our expectations. Drivers, beach cleaners, restaurant staff, pool staff, gardeners, cleaners butlers, chefs, security & check-in/out well-done to you all, you have such a great positive approach to your work..... I'm coming back for sure.

    Excellent property with high standards, luxurious room design and facilities, spacious grounds and excellent food. The new beach bar is cool with good drinks and nice chillout music.

    Staff are fantastic. Cleanliness fantastic. The staff are what makes the Fairmont 5 star despite being dated and needing more pool space/ beach chairs Last minute we found out Fairmont Sanur supports BAWA and the gorgeous local dogs. If you you market green/ animal dog supporters even sustain seafood etc you could tip guests booking to Fairmont. We also enjoyed with other guests cuddling beach dogs with staff at Hyatt where they seem to be welcome.

    Beautiful facility, loved the proximity to the breach. Did not eat at the hotel because the price for food and particularly alcohol was so much more than all the beach bars

    Absolutely everything about it. Superb staff, amazing hospitality with friendly smiles. We were lucky to be upgraded to a signature spa suite which was just magical. Massive room, huge balcony and big bathroom area with its own spa therapy room. It was my fiancées birthday on one of the nights and the staff very kindly arranged a surprise cake (I didn't ask for one either!) and decorated the room with rose petals. She was then staying on an extra night as I had to leave early... And the butler staff were absolutely amazing, helpful and courteous and looked after her till checkout time. I booked in for an hour massage and it was a superb experience. Highly recommended.

    Absolutely lovely hotel in a perfect location, with the longest pool I’ve ever seen at a hotel. The staff are the friendliest people ever, always smiling.
