    La ubicación de 10, la atención del personal perfecta y supe ramable. Nos dejaron dejar el equipaje el día del check out para pasar el día x Hanoi antes de coger el tren nocturno a Sapa, y nos dejaron ducharnos justo antes. La habitación enorme y muy muy comoda

    Value price for money considering its location next to lake. Rooms are very spacious. Staff was also very nice and friendly. The breakfast was amazing (even better than with other more expensive hotels we stayed before in Hanoi). Thanks, Pavol&Veronika

    The staff went out of there way to help us. The mattresses were the most comfortable we had on a months trip and the small laneway it was in had lovely restaurants and was quiet. Breakfast was nice considering what we paid. It was also very close to the lake and a great shopping area.

    Excellent location in old town. Staff were attentive, and breakfast good with fantastic coffee! Ann helped with all our tours and travel arrangements, making this a perfect stop

    Location is the best. The windows in our family room with balcony were floor to high ceiling and worth the price alone. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was in a cute restaurant across the street with a view of the Hanoian street life.

    The staff is extremely helpful. The room is nice and clean. Good bed. At ground floor, a trip agency is present. They can organise any tour you want. Hotel is in the middle of old quarter, everything is nearby...
