    The owner Pat is very nice and caring. She prepared delicious breakfasts for us every morning, and answered our every questions in details. She is surely the most important part of the experience!

    This was such a wonderful place to stay. Pan from the moment we arrived made us feel a home. Not enough can be said from the great home cooked food to those extra touches that makes this a special place. We hope to return soon.

    Unfortunately we only had a very brief overnight stay in Chiang Rai as we headed to Laos the next day. We arrived late and left early but Pan was there to greet us and say goodbye. The Family room (THB 600) is large with a little balcony with views to Kok River. The bathroom is also a good size with body gel and shampoo provided. Pan was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The air conditioner worked well and we were given a couple of bottles of water. There was also quite a large flat screen TV which we didn’t use so can’t comment on channel availability. We had a booking with Nagi of Mekong (private slow boat) so Pan kindly arranged a van to take us to the border for a very reasonable price (1500THB - great driver so we gave an additional tip). I would recommend and stay here if I was to return to Chiang Rai. 5 stars for the value for money and for the lovely host.

    I like the owner, Ms Pat for her wonderful hospitality and drive to airport ! We cannot expect more as she accomodated us for an extra more night !

    Everything was so perfect, this is by far the best Guesthouse I’ve ever been so far! Pat takes care of all your needs. She has a lot of experience and you will literally feel like your at home! She even provided us food for our way to Laos at 6am, thanks! All the best for the future!

    This is a homestay or B&B type — a little country and nostalgically chic. The owner Pat is super nice! She made us feel welcome and comfortable, with tea and fruits. She gave us a quick tour and orientation, and was very helpful in making our short stay enjoyable. We all wished we had planned to stay longer than one day, in order to enjoy the home and its surroundings. I would definitely choose Pat’s home for my next visit to Chiang Rai.

    Pat. De lady of the house. Ze regelde taxi's, deed suggesties voor tripjes, haalde speciaal brood voor ons, maakte heerlijk ontbijt en maakte iedere ochtend en avond warme choco voor onze dochter. Pat is warm en ze is de verpersoonlijking van gastvrijheid. Ze haalt alles uit de kast om je welkom te voelen.

    I and my family stayed at this property in the family room and found that the room is very cleaned and comfortable ! The bathroom is also cleaned as well. Moreover, Pat, the owner, is very friendly, kind-hearted and willing to give you any advice if you want to know about Chiangrai more and she can speak English and German professionally. Breakfast is soooooo tasty and there is a coffee, tea and some snacks available 24 hr. Nice place with great price ever ! Considerably impressed !
