    A bit hard to find as Sat Nav took us to a completely different address. But once found , it was amazing. Great room with ensuite shower and huge bed ! Very near to the town of Spa and the Race Circuit but in a rural location. Very calm and peaceful. Regine our host was very welcoming and the breakfast was lovely. We were kindly allowed to leave our luggage for the day even tho we’d checked out. Would highly recommend. Thank you Regine !

    The breakfast and service is very nice, fresh and varied every day, the room is clean and the location is nice, just 7 minutes away from the city center.

    Very friendly reception by Regine, our host - we felt very welcome from the beginning until the end of our stay. As located not directly in town, the environment is very quiet. The room is part of a converted farmhouse attachment and very clean, modern, comfortable, and spacious. Special compliments for the bathroom - big shower stall and nice country view from the window. Lots of attention to detail have been paid, it was like visiting friends in their own appartment. But with the privacy of a small guesthouse. Went for dinner down to Spa, where we found a good selection of fine brasseries and restaurants. Takes less than 10 minutes by car. Great breakfast as well, with french-style, fresh bread, homemade confiture and friendly service by Regine. We will return for sure.

    The breakfast was great, the view was good, the area very remote and quiet. The rooms were quite new and nice, the shower big and having a kettle and a coffee machine on the room is also more than you can ask for nowadays.

    Logé chez une fermière très accueillante, dans une chambre et sdb très moderne et silencieuse. Le petit déjeuner sans reproche. A 3 Km du centre de Spa

    Prachtige locatie, mooie inrichting, nette bad- en douche faciliteiten, fijne extra's als koffie/thee op de kamer. Kortom: super locatie !!! :-)
