    The kids enjoyed the freedom, pool, play areas and despite being empty, it was relaxing. Everything is still well kept and maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful.

    The location was great; pity nobody told us it had been sold by Sun International and restaurant facilities are virtually nil. We were the only people in the entire hotel

    Have been going to Fish River Resort since 1998 with my family and have always enjoyed our stay there. The facilities are still in great shape and clean and comfortable. The golf course is in a good condition and the there is plenty of entertainment for the young kids to enjoy themselves. My kids are now in their twenties and still have very good memories of this jewel in the Eastern Cape and thoroughly enjoyed this weekend away. The hiking trail to the beach is safe and the beach is absolutely breathtaking and beautiful. The pool area is still as beautiful. On a whole the resort still lends itself to complete relaxation and it feels as if you are away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Its sad that not many tourists and visitors are not visiting this jewel.

    Breakfast was a bit of dissapointment. The only option of cereal was All bran flakes and I had to ask a waiter to get it from the kitchen. Not much option for vegetarians.

    The location is beautiful. The beds are very comfortable, with excellent bedding. The golf course is lovely and green, and very well kept. The pool was clean and blue, even though 3 of the 8 umbrellas were broken.

    El personal fue muy amable y se disculpa por el declive de ofrecer. Después de nuestra impactante experiencia del desayuno los siguientes 2 desayunos fueron un poco mejores.

    The rooms are clean and tidy. The pool is the only entertain however on a cold day it cannot be used.
