    Breakfast was good and served with a smile. Barman Oisin was a gentleman Small corridors - meaning less people traffic and noise. Great beds Very friendly and accommodating staff.

    Super location. Within easy walking distance of many sights and close to subway station. Staff were excellent in every way. Room was very comfortable and each night a chocolate with a message was left which was a lovely touch.

    Location was fantastic. Rooms a good size and had all the facilities you would need. The staff were very helpful and friendly both on reception and in the bar. I only stayed one night so didn't have time to eat in the restaurant so I cant comment on the food.

    Really cosy , family like atmosphere in the hotel. The staff could not have been more friendly. Great location. A lovely intimate restaurant with excellent food, and service.

    Staff excellent. Welcome desk, housekeeping, bar, they were all terrific. Location is great, right in the centre of NYC, walking distance to main avenues & central park.

    The hotel is in a good location close to the substation and shops. We only stayed a short while and we got upgraded and I can’t thank all the staff enough especially Ciara on the front desk. I will definitely be back to this hotel in the near future.

    I can’t believe that, having booked a suite at this hotel, they would charge $14.95 plus tax per day for WiFi because I booked through Bookings.com and not through their own website. That is outrageous.
