    Bedroom was roony and comfortable. Breakfast was very good an plentiful. Staff were really nice and didn't mind when I asked for bacon at breakfast which was clearly inappropriate. Should have used the menu. Room quiet, pavement parking and car park adequate just. It is well situated for any Terminal. Enjoyed stay.

    Very friendly staff including guy called Deen, and receptionist. Very helpful. Good value and useful position for driving into and visiting London. Nice breakfast. And also off street parking for a number of cars. We were able to park overnight without problem. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

    Super friendly and upgraded me to an en suite for free! Bed n breakfast near airport for £40,absolute bargain..I was unable to sleep that night (I’d just seen my daughter off on a flight to Oz and was upset) they let me check out later so I wasn’t driving back home tired....

    This hotel was terrible there was spider and bed bug i had to complain and they changed the bed sheets, my 3 year old daughter woke up with bites all over her body ,
