Great location and an easy walk into the city. Right next to the history museum. Car parking - yes we know there’s a cost - is a pretty good idea. Helpful staff.

I had a very short stay - arriving late on Canada Day and leaving early the next morning - so can't comment on much. But I would like to give a huge shout out to Jocelyn who was working on security during the Canada Day fireworks mayhem when I was trying to access the hotel through roadblocks in a moving van- he was extremely helpful in finding me a parking space and guiding me into it. Much appreciated at the end of the worst day to move in Ottawa!

We purchased breakfast and it was excellent. I had the fruit plate with cheese and it was great. My granddaughter had the buffet and appreciated the variety of choices. The service was excellent.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Great location. It is across the street from the Museum of Civilization and within walking distance on scenic routes to sites in Ottawa.

The room was perhaps the cleanest and freshest smelling that we had ever walked into. That made it really inviting and so created a great overall impression. The location is superb right across the road from the History of Canada Museum and within walking distance to Ottawa centre. Excellent parking facilities on site where you could leave your car up to 5pm the following day for 15 CAD in total. The staff were really friendly and helpful. At breakfast the omelette bar was superb. A good range of restaurants a short walk away - ask the staff how to get there as it is not immediately obvious. We went to a first class Thai Restaurant. All in all a great stay. We would definitely return without hesitation.
