The staff were very helpful. Our first room was not very good and there were many mosquitos, so at 11pm they let us change rooms and it was much, much better. We also had our motorbike breakdown and the staff were extremely helpful in sorting it out and translating with the hire company who did not speak much English. They also did not hold us accountable or try to charge us any extra for the bike tyre. -
