    Interior of the hotel is beautiful, the room was large and the bed was really comfortable. Overall value for money was superb. The rooftop pool was relaxing

    breakfast was nice . Not much of variety to choose from , but they do offer south indian options which was not highlighted . we only knew the next day ,when the waiter informed us.

    The staff were very accommodating to our needs and always willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable. The facilities were perfect especially the outdoor swimming pool.

    The Fragrant Nature Kochi offered a pleasant stay. The dining room provides a good selection at the breakfast buffet in a pleasant setting. It was unfortunate that there was a mixup re our transport from the airport to the hotel. However the hotel’s assistant manager went above and beyond to offer amends for the inconvenience. He offered an upgrade to our booking by providing a suite. In addition, he offered us lunch on the day of our arrival. He truly provided exceptional service. The hotel has an infinity pool and a spa treatment area that we enjoyed after a long day of travel. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of local historic sites.

    The bed was excellent! The AC was great, the complementary bday cake for my husband was a nice touch, breakfast had a great variety, super clean everywhere, the staff is lovely and really loved the shampoo and conditioner.

    This hotel is great! It was clean, the room was big and beautiful, breakfast good, bed and pillows comfortable. The aircondition good working, not smelling and silent. Stuff smiling and helpful. They also offer a massage for free!

    Nice breakfast every morning - omelette, different types of indian breakfast. 24h cafe next door which serves good food. Rooftop swimming pool and 24h gym. Room is very clean, no concern about bugs/ insects at all.
