    1. The comfortable big room for the 3 of us (2 adults and 1 child). 2. Location which is close to train station and walking distance to Shinsaibasi and Kuromon market . 3. Easy transfer to airport. 4. Breakfast is good 5. Pleasant and friendly hotel staff

    Great location. Directly opposite Namba station. And walking distance to lots of places.

    The rooms were very spacious by Japanese standards, with good layout that accommodated a kitchenette and living room. Staff spoke reasonably good english and were helpful. Although there was a hiccup regarding our breakfast vouchers, their service manager personally came to Kansai Airport to deliver the refund. In terms of location we were situated right outside Namba station which took us almost everywhere easily. Taxis were also always readily available outside the hotel.

    The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful The location is perfect - very convenient Easy and fast check-in and check-out They wash your dishes if you leave them on the sink They have a small walk in closet for your clothes

    Very good location: (a) Nankai Namba Station is only 2 minutes from the property. (b) close proximity of other railway/underground trains. (c) staff are very friendly and provided assistance in whiatever way they can. (d) room is clean, spacious and well equipped for stay. (e) shopping malls and restaurants are close by.

    Perfect location. Close to Dotonbori, shinsaibashi and opposite a great ramen place. Room and bathroom were large (by Japan standards), beds were comfortable. Highly recommend.
