    The upgraded room 801 was lovely and had a balcony and side window with view of St Joseph's cathedral. We enjoyed bells chiming and voices singing. We were in walking distance of the lake and had shops, restaurants and spas all around us. We were under the weather while there and the staff were very attentive and helpful.

    Location, if you got a little lost while walking around Hanoi, just ask where the Cathedral Church is and our Hotel is just around the corner. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the Ha Long Bay day trip through the hotel is a must do!! Room was very good with street view. Breakfast was nice and the Pizza shop pretty much next door was magnificent. The gnocchi bolognese was one of the best I have ever had anywhere. It’s a must do dinner after being out at the markets all night. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us stay in your beautiful place in Hanoi

    Perfect location, in a charming neighbourhood, at the heart of the old quarter and close to most main destinations within hanoi. The staff are very nice and helpful, and helped us organise and book amazing tours out of Hanoi. A lot of amenities in the room. And the room is very clean. Breakfast is very good. Internet connection is also good. Very good value for money. Recommended!

    The location is close to the lake and night markets (an easy 8 minute walk). The staff were very lovely and always smiling. Most spoke good English, the food was nice too. It is quiet other than the church bells in the morning and has cafe and convenience store within metres. They organised a tour for us and a taxi to the train station. Would stay there again :o)

    Fantastic Service, staff can help with transfers, tours and anything you need. great fresh breakfast! great location in old quarters, close to everything. rooms were spacious and clean. stayed again when we returned to Hanoi, and would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Hanoi.
