Tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos una habitación pequeñita para pasar el día y ducharnos ya que nos íbamos a las 23:45 en tren. -

We really enjoyed our stay here and staff went above and beyond in their service. We were able to check in early after night bus and got an upgraded room, which was very welcome after the night bus from Hoi An. Staff were extremely helpful. Everything was perfect. The lady on reception (Linh) was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. It was my birthday on my second day in the hotel and all the staff in reception said a big happy birthday when I arrived in. Later in the day I was surprised again with a wonderful and intricate flower arrangement on my bed to say happy birthday. Lots of time and effort was put into this by the staff. Breakfast was very good and we were able to store our bags in the storage room before leaving. Linh also arranged a cheap car transfer to the train station when we were leaving. Overall this is great hotel and would highly recommend staying here!
