    What I don't like. No parking. Back car park, even I took care not to obstruct anyone, I still got a parking ticket for overnight parking, and pay a large fine!

    Location was amazing as nearby the kota kinabalu places of interest and seem to be i am stayed for working so it convenient to the works area. recommended both leisure and work. room was clean and friendly door man staff and reception. thumb up.

    The staff (Micko) was so helpful as I requested for early check in and left my phone number with him and he called me at 11.15am telling me that our room was ready. I needed to have the room early as I need to do dialysis exchange for my son at 12noon. Thank you so much for the great hospitality.

    The strategic location.. Near to Suria Sabah.. For those who likes window shopping, you can booked to stay at Gaya Centre Hotel next to Suria Sabah shopping Complex.. I dont want to stay away from shopping complex.. Love the place.. Love the location

    The location is convenient, nearby the sea. While, the service was not good, they don’t even wanna give us an extra towel! But when we checked in, the assistant there is friendly.
